How do I get started?
All you have to do is email us with what .com names you are interested in. We will email you back within 24 hours and let you know which ones are available for you.
Once I find a .com name I want, what do we do?
Go to this page to fill out your billing information. We will register your website within 24 hours of you submitting your information.
So I have the .com name registered. How do I send you the information for design setup?
Just email us your categories, products, prices, etc. and we will setup your website for you.
Once my website is all setup and finished, what do I do about updating and adding new items?
We can give you one minor update per month after your site is all finished. If you have Microsoft Frontpage 2000 software, we can give you access so you can login and update your site as often as you like.
How much space do I get on my website?
You get up to 10mb of space which is more than plenty. We can list up to 50 items with photos in your shopping cart for you. Each additional 50 items you will need would be $25 per month extra.
Is there any type of contract I have to sign up for?
Yes, there is a 6 month contract for the custom websites that we design. We have a contract because of the time involved in designing your custom site and custom search engine submissions.
How do people order from my website?
When people order from your website, it will send you an email with all the items they are interested in. It will also send an email confirmation to the customer.
Does the shopping cart ordering system automatically charge the customers?
No. It will only send you an email with the customer's billing information and the items they are interested in. You can bill them however you like. If you want to accept actual credit cards, you will have to contact your local bank.
